At Weheartfun , your satisfaction is our highest priority. Once your payment is confirmed, we aim to process and ship your order within 2–3 business days, and you will receive a tracking number once your package is on its way.
If you receive a defective product, please refer to our limited warranty policy for support.
You may return or exchange your purchase within 30 days from the date on your receipt. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges after this period.

Returned products should include all original packaging, manuals, accessories, and any complimentary gifts. If the item shows signs of use, wear, damage, missing parts, or evidence of improper assembly, additional fees may be applied.
For returns or exchanges resulting from defects or quality concerns, Weheartfun will cover the return shipping fees and waive any restocking charges.
