At Weheartfun , your satisfaction is our highest priority. Once your payment is confirmed, we aim to process and ship your order within 2–3 business days, and you will receive a tracking number once your package is on its way.

Defective Items

Return & Exchange Guidelines

Timeframe

You may return or exchange your purchase within 30 days from the date on your receipt. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges after this period.

For Change of Mind Returns/Exchanges

  • Condition: Products must be unused, unopened, unmarked, and in their original condition.
  • Sets & Multi-Item Packs: All items included must be returned together.
  • Non-Eligible Items: Items marked as non-returnable or non-exchangeable are not eligible.
  • Shipping: Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs on online orders.

Note: This policy is provided in addition to your legal consumer rights.

Condition of Returned Items

Returned products should include all original packaging, manuals, accessories, and any complimentary gifts. If the item shows signs of use, wear, damage, missing parts, or evidence of improper assembly, additional fees may be applied.

Returns Due to Quality Issues

For returns or exchanges resulting from defects or quality concerns, Weheartfun will cover the return shipping fees and waive any restocking charges.

Returns for Personal Reasons
